These terms (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the Shrink Your Image website at shrinkyourimage.com and everything available through it (the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by Pro Vision Pictures LLC (“we”, “us”). By using any part of the Service you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to it, please do not use the Service.
If you enter into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to it.
1. Your images
You keep every right you have in the images you upload. You grant us permission to store and process them only so far as is needed to give you back the compressed or converted files you asked for.
Uploaded images and their results are deleted automatically about 12 hours after the last activity in your session. We do not look at them, we do not copy them elsewhere, and we do not use them to train anything.
2. Plans and limits
The Service is offered on a free plan and two paid plans:

We may change these limits. If a change reduces what a paid plan includes, it takes effect for you at your next renewal, not during a period you have already paid for.
You agree not to use the Service in a way that disables, damages or overburdens it, and not to work around the limits of your plan by automated means.
3. Payment
Paid plans are billed once a year, in advance, in US dollars. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken immediately when you subscribe.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your card statement will show SHRINKYOURIMAGE.COM.
4. Renewal and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each yearly period, at the price listed at the time of renewal. We will email you before an annual renewal is charged.
You can cancel at any time from your account page, which takes you to Stripe’s billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then returns to the free plan. There is nothing to phone and no one to email in order to cancel.
5. Refunds
See the refund policy. It forms part of this Agreement.
6. Your account
Paid plans use a sign-in link sent to your email address. Anyone with access to that inbox can sign in to your account, so keep it secure. Tell us at support@shrinkyourimage.com if you believe someone else has used your account.
7. Acceptable use
You confirm that:
- your use of the Service will not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, patent or other rights;
- the files you upload do not contain viruses, malware or other harmful content;
- you will comply with the laws that apply to you.
We may refuse or remove content, end a subscription, or block access if this Agreement is broken. If we end a paid subscription for a reason other than a breach by you, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
8. The Service is provided as it is
We work hard to keep the Service running and to produce good results, but we provide it “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular file will compress by any particular amount. Keep your originals. Do not use the Service as your only copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost or corrupted data, or for the cost of substitute services. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update this Agreement. If a change materially reduces your rights we will email subscribers before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. The date below always reflects the current version.
11. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, and the courts of that state are the proper venue for any dispute. If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
